Ordering & Pricing
What's the minimum order?+
There is no fixed minimum order. Whether you need scaffolding for a single villa or a full tower block, we will quote it. Smaller orders may have a delivery charge.
How does pricing work?+
Rental equipment is priced per piece per month. Erection and dismantling is priced per square metre of scaffold face area. We always provide a detailed, itemised quote — no hidden charges.
Are there delivery charges?+
Standard delivery within Dubai and Sharjah is free for most orders. Remote areas or very small orders may have a delivery charge, which we will confirm in your quote.
Do you offer long-term rental discounts?+
Yes. Projects running over 3 months get preferential rates. Let us know your expected duration when requesting your quote.
Delivery & Logistics
How fast can you deliver?+
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of order confirmation. Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before noon within Dubai and Sharjah.
What areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi. Other emirates can be arranged on request.
Do you deliver on Fridays?+
Friday delivery is not standard, but emergency delivery can be arranged. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp for urgent Friday requests.
Can I get urgent same-day delivery?+
Yes, for confirmed orders placed before noon. Call or WhatsApp us directly for urgent requests — we prioritise same-day dispatch.

What scaffolding systems do you have?+
We supply cuplock scaffolding, frame scaffolding, column shutters, slab formwork systems, and mobile access towers. See our full range on the services page.
Do you provide erection and dismantling?+
Yes. Our certified scaffolders handle erection and dismantling for all systems. This is quoted separately based on the scope of work.
Can you supply certified scaffolders?+
Yes. All our scaffolders hold recognised competency cards (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent). We can provide certification copies for your site compliance records.
What's the difference between cuplock and frame scaffolding?+
Frame scaffolding uses pre-welded rectangular frames — fast and cost-effective for simple buildings. Cuplock uses individual tubes with cup joints — more flexible for complex shapes. We can advise which is best for your project.
Returns & Conditions
What condition is the rental equipment in?+
Every piece of equipment is inspected and cleaned before delivery. We do not send out bent standards, damaged panels, or equipment that does not meet safety standards.
How do I return the scaffolding?+
We collect from your site. Just give us 48 hours notice and we will schedule a pickup. There is no need to transport it back yourself.
What happens if equipment is damaged?+
Normal wear and tear is included in the rental price. Excessive damage or lost items are charged at replacement cost, which is listed in your rental agreement.
