Slab Systems
Slab formwork and propping for every floor plate.
Slab systems include table forms, drop-head props, and steel/plywood slab formwork panels for casting concrete floor slabs. We offer three beam sub-systems: Infill & Decking (plywood on steel), Aluminum Beam (lightweight, fast-cycle), and Heavy Duty Jack (for thick slabs and transfer beams). Our systems are designed for fast cycle times. Strip the props early, move to the next floor, and keep your project on schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between acrow props and drop-head props?
Acrow props are simple adjustable steel tubes. Drop-head props have a mechanism that allows you to lower the formwork panels while leaving the prop in place for re-shoring. Drop-heads allow faster floor cycles.
Do you supply the plywood as well?
Yes. We supply marine plywood panels cut to standard sizes, ready to lay on the beams. You do not need to source plywood separately.
Can I rent slab formwork for just one floor?
Yes. You can rent for a single pour and return once the slab is cast and cured. Pricing is per piece per month with pro-rata for shorter periods.
How many props do I need per square metre?
Typical propping density is 1 prop per 1.5-2.0 sqm for standard slabs (150-200mm thick). For thicker slabs, spacing reduces. We can advise on the exact quantity when you share your slab drawings.
