Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a permit for an access tower?
In most cases, mobile access towers used inside buildings do not require a separate permit. Towers erected on public roads or in Dubai Municipality jurisdiction may require a hoarding/scaffolding permit. We can advise based on your location.
Can I move the tower myself?
Yes. Aluminium mobile towers are designed to be wheeled into position by 2 people. Always lock the castors before climbing and never move the tower with someone on the platform.
What is the maximum height for a mobile access tower?
Our mobile aluminium towers reach up to 12m working height indoors and 8m outdoors (wind loading limits outdoor height). For higher access, we recommend static steel towers or cuplock scaffolding.
Is the erection service included in the rental price?
Erection and dismantling are quoted separately. When you request a quote, let us know if you need the full service or self-rental and we will price both options.
